MVA¡¦s BMSR Group is one of the very few survey and research companies in Hong Kong that have the capability to satisfactorily conduct large-scale fieldwork (with sample size of over 3,000 completed interviews, up to as many as 30,000 for a single project!) for data collection in survey and research projects ¡V whether it is telephone surveys, on-location questionnaire administration, road traffic and pedestrian counts monitoring, web-based/online surveys, or the ever challenging household interview surveys.

The dedicated MVA Fieldwork Resource Centre, located in the heart of Wan Chai and just a stone¡¦s throw away from MVA¡¦s Asia headquarters in China Resources Building along Gloucester Road, houses a call centre (with a modern Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing system) with capability to run out-bound phone interviews and handle in-bound enquiries for any survey and research projects. A maximum of 25 call booths are available. It also has the facility to conduct briefings and debriefing among fieldwork staff.
